Smokin’ Swine
My father in-law gave me a smoker about a month and a half ago, and I love it. The first thing I smoked was a pork shoulder ( that Charlie my father in-law gave me, he is the shit! ). It worked out pretty well, it was 55 degrees outside and a bit hard to keep a steady temp and good smoke. It’s a labor of love. I was babying that smoker for 10 hours straight. I also threw some turkey legs and thighs on there for a snack in between. Here are some pictures of the day.
